
This course will teach students how to build muscle. An in-home gym is included in the tuition and will be based upon each students needs to meet the course objectives. This course focuses on the basics of building muscle and weight lifting and athletic training. Discipline is required. The program is not recommended for children under 12 years old.
This course will equip students aged 13–18 with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to build muscle safely, understand fitness principles, and create a plan for setting up and using their own home gym.
Tuition for this course is $300 and course fees will pay for the course materials required to build muscle and meet the course objectives.
