This course is a simple online course to get your student ready for the mountain. It will go through basics of safety and correct technique. This course is more of a guide as to what the student should be researching to learn more about skiing.
Tuition for this course is $500. When enrolled you will have access to the course and up to $1,500 in fees to spend on anything you wish for the student to ski. This will all be paid using classwallet
For example: You enroll the student and pay the $500 tuition. The student is 10 years old and is brand new to skiing so you book a $500 private lesson at Nordic Valley. The student loves it and excels and wants more. So you buy a season pass to Snowbasin for $550 and a yearly rental of equipment for $350 and a new ski coat for $100.
Another example: Your 10 year old has some experience at skiing and already knows the basics. You enroll in the course for $500 and get a free season pass to Nordic Valley (kids ski free). The student doesn’t yet own any ski equipment so you spend $1,000 in fees to get top of the line skis, boots, bindings, poles, helmet, goggles, coat, pants. The whole set up is yours. You now have up to $500 in skiing related expenses or you can spend the money elsewhere for the students education.
The most common use would be private lessons and season passes.
Travel expenses will not be covered.
